Low Carb Shake And Bake Chicken

I love shake and bake chicken! I created this homemade shake and bakeĀ  recipe because it was requested by my hubby. This recipe is easy to make and delicious. Enjoy!

 
3 leg and thigh pieces ( separated from the joints)
2 teaspoon cajun spice or poultry seasoning
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup crushed pork rinds
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons of paprika
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon basil

Bake at 350 minutes for 45- 50 minute.
Serving Size 2 pieces
