Delicious, Delicious, Delicious! That”s all I have to say about this cornbread. Enjoy!
Low Carb Cornbread
1 1/2 cups Bobs Redmill Almond Flour
1/4 cups Bobs Redmill Coconut Flour
1/4 cups Wheat Protein Isolate 8000
1/4 cups Soy Grits
1 teaspoons Baking Powder
4 tablespoons Melted butter (unsalted)
1 tablespoon Splenda
2 eggs ( beaten)
1 cup Calorie Countdown Milk
1/2 cup Frozen Spinach (defrost and squeeze out all liquid)
1 tsp Turmeric
1/2 cup of Gorgonzola Cheese
2 tablespoons Chopped Chives
Method
Mix the dry ingredients together. Then set aside.
Mix the wet ingredients together and pour into the dry mixture.
Pour mixture into a 9 inch dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serves 12

I found my way to this site after watching a pizza video you made…and did not give the recipe for the dough…so you said come to the site for the dough recipe and I am lost…LOL..I cant navigate to it…cant find it anywhere….am I missing something?..Please give me a hint where I can find that recipe I would love to try it out, nice recipe here too…will give it a whirl, as well as the egg plant lasagna.

How much spinach is used? That isn’t listed in the printed recipe right now, but is shown in the video.
