Ingredients.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons onion (minced)
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 tablespoon carrots, chopped
1 tablespoon red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup of rotisserie chicken (cooked and chopped)
1/4 cups of green beans
2 packages of Miracle Rice (prepared according to package instructions)
1 stalk green onions (sliced thinly)
1 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 large egg
salt and pepper to taste
Hi! I’m just starting this weekend and found your website which looks fantastic! Are the miracle rice/noodles ok on induction? What about any of the low carb breads or Atkins products? Do you count your carbs and keep them lower than 20, is it? Thanks for the info. Your recipes look great. I know the more variety I have the more successful I will be. Any sites or other references you think will be helpful I will greatly appreciate.
