My entire family loves these flax almond muffins! They are absolutely moist and delicious. Oat Fiber 500 is necessary in this recipe to achieve the best texture in these low carb muffins. You can find Oat Fiber 500 here

Hi Jay,
Your muffins look so good but I don’t use a microwave have you ever made them in the oven? And if so how did they turn out.
Hi Jay, this recipe looks so good, do you know the carb content for it. thanks Debbie, I love all your videos !!!
Yes they ae Induction Friendly. Enjoy~
Are these muffins induction friendly?
Is there written instructions anywhere for this?
Thanks!
Hey Val, I am not quite sure about the oat bran since I have never used it but I think it’s worth a try. We have the same weight loss goal, I am looking to be under 200lbs before July 15th.
I read that you can use oat bran in a pinch (instead of the oat fiber 500) and could just blend that to a finer consistency. These sound delish and I’ll have to try them. I’m also starting Induction again. I have done well on low carb before (I lost 30 pounds in 2004 this way) so I just have to remind myself that I can do this and be successful. Currently weighing in around 230 and would like to get under 200 before summer.
Fell of track 🙁 my daughter was in the hospital and I was grabbing fast food, burgers fries and sodas…
Thanks I added it to my amazon cart. Have a blessed day!
Hi Barbara, I purchased them over the holidays at a local store called Aldi’s. These look similar here
Hi Jay
I love all your recipes so far.. I will make these. Is the muffin pan a standard size or mini muffin pan? Where did you get yours?
Thanks for all you do
Barbara
