Hi Everyone!!
I have not been blogging for some time now because I have been trying to focus on getting my workout and eating under control with the help of the First Coast Biggest Loser Team. I thank you all for being so patient with me. I will be back in the kitchen this week so expect to see more delicious low carb recipes coming up.
I have thought about you all so much and to those of you who emailed me with your personal stories I appreciate you. My goal for creating this blog remains the same, which is to get healthy and to control my diabetes with diet and exercise. I have to say that I am well on my way to accomplishing this goal. I would love nothing more but to have everyone who is going through the struggle of weight loss to join me in getting fit and healthy. I will be starting a new weight loss challenge this week open to all my blog readers and my you-tube subscribers and to all you are seeking better health.
The goal of the weight loss challenge is to lose weight with diet and exercise along with support from each other. I will blog and update you guys about a goal we should complete each week. The challenge will begin on Monday and will continue on indefinitely.
I will be posting a video later today with the details of this weight loss challenge.

Good, cuz I need some new recipes, lol. Do we want to check in weekly for the challenge? I think that would be great to help keep us accountable.
