Low Carb Sugar Free Diabetic Friendly Chocolate Bark

I am happy to share this recipe for Low Carb Chocolate Bark. Finally guilt free chocolate! Perfect for this holiday season. This Low carb chocolate bark is so yummy and has a really nice smooth texture. I hope you enjoy~

1/2 Cup Coconut Oil, melted

4 Tablespoons of Swerve Confectioners Sugar + A pinch of Stevia

6 Tablespoons Of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/2 Teaspoons Of Vanilla Extract (I used Trador Joes Pure Bourbon Vanilla Extract)

1/4-1/2 Cups Mix Nuts -chopped (I use Trader Joes Roasted and Salted Fancy Mixed Nuts).

You can add your own toppings too, here are some great ideas for toppings for this chocolate bark recipe.

Chopped almonds
Chopped Brazil nuts
Coconut flakes
Lemon Vest
Fresh mint leaves would be great here too

    Just put my bark in freezer. It already taste amazing in liquid form. My substitutes were a mix of cashew, almond, and pistachios, cannabis coconut oil, and powdered erythritol in placed of Swerve. I guess I’ll find out, but was wondering if should be kept in fridge like peanut butter cups???

    Sorry for the late reply Matt, I was overseas for a month. Coconut oil must be used for this recipe. I would triple the recipe for 16 people

    The amount of liquid in this recipe does NOT match the liquid used to make the chocolate in the video! Did you quadruple the recipe for the video demonstration?
