Low Carb Pumpkin Pancake

I almost never tell you guys that you must use a particular brand for a recipe, but for this recipe I have to say you MUST use these two ingredients to make this the best tasting low carb pumpkin pancakes you ever had!

You must get the  Jay Robb Pina Colada Whey Protein Powder found at your local Vitamin shop or online.

And you must get the Plantation Black strap molasses found at your local Whole Foods Store or you can order online at Amazon.com

2 eggs

3 oz softened cream cheese

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/4 cup Libby’s  pumpkin (100% pure)

1/2 tsp Plantation Black strap molasses

1 scoop of Jay Robb Pina Colada Whey Protein Powder

1/2 tsp Stevia

Almond milk (about 2 tablespoons)

In the video I topped the pancake with Joseph Sugar Free Syrup, which is the best tasting maple pancake syrup, you will not believe its Zero Carb! Check out the reviews

*This is the nutritional value for each pancake.

I hate pina colada but love Jay Robb whey, think I could try vanilla or strawberry maybe? Bet vanilla or unflavored would work for this
