I love crab-cakes! This is the third day of my Induction and I was craving crab-cakes, so I came up with this recipe which is delicious and Induction friendly. Enjoy!
Crab Cake Recipe
2- 6oz cans of Bumble bee crab meat
2 green onions chopped finely
2 tablespoons green bell pepper (chopped finely)
2 tablespoons red bell pepper (chopped finely)
1egg
2 tablespoons Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup crushed pork rinds (for crab cake)
1/2 cup crushed pork rings ( for frying)
1/2 of a jalapeno pepper (seeds removed and chopped finely)
1/4 cups olive oil for frying
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 30minutes.

Low Carb Chives and Garlic Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic (chopped finely)
2 teaspoon chives (chopped finely)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to use.
