1 1/2 cup ground up pork rinds
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
1 lb chicken breast ( thinned out) 4 pieces.
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
Topping
4 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
Method
Pound out the chicken until very thin.
Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder and black pepper over chicken pieces.
Dip chicken in egg mixture then in pork rind mixture.
Place oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Fry chicken pieces on each side for about 3 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375
Place fry chicken pieces in baking dish.
Cover with 1 tablespoon tomato sauce then top with mozzarella cheese
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with Parmesan cheese.’
Bake for 5 minutes more or until cheese melts

I am a litle confused. You have listed Italian seasoning and even say in the beginning of the vidio Italian seasonng. Then when you are putting the crumb mixture together you say and show parsley How much parsley and when did you put in the Italian seasonng?
