What are the nutritional values?
Hi Jay, what is the nutrional value?
Also I want to say I jusy discovered you about two weeks ago and I am excited about trying these low carb recipes. Thanks for making this site.
I use it the way I would use bread. I loved it with tuna or chicken salad so delish!
I tried this but left it in the oven to long. It is as firm as pizza crust! I will have to retry this. Is is pliable like bread is? Do you toast this too or eat it right from the fridge.
Hi Jay
what size pan is that? I’m going to try this.
Thanks
Barbara
