4 egg whites
3 Egg Yolks
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 teaspoon of confectioner sugar free sweetener ( I use this one)
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
3/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 scoop of Devotion Protein powder mixed with 1/4 cups water (I use this one)
1/2 Teaspoons of almond flavoring (I use this one)
Topping
6 tablespoons Unsalted Dry Toasted Almonds
1 1/2 tablespoons Golden Lankanto Golden Sweetener ( I use this one)
Method:
Preheat the oven to 300 Degrees.
To the egg yolks add the Mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, the protein powder mix, almond flavoring and mix until uniform.
To the egg whites add the cream of tartar and whisk using a mixer as shown in the video above. Just before the mixture reaches stiff peaks add 1 tsp of confectioners sweetener.
Fold in the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
Using a large spoon, spoon the mixture unto a parchment paper lined baking pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 300 degrees
Let cool for about 10 minutes before eating.
