Keto Oven Roasted Turkey Wings Recipe

I love wings! These turkey wings are so flavorful and delicious and are easy to make.  Just remember to cover tightly when baking so that they can bake in their own juices. I hope you enjoy~

3Lbs Turkey Wings

Dressing Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp of smoked paprika
2 tsp of 21 seasoning salute
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 cup thinly (sliced) red pepper
1/2 cups thinly (sliced) green pepper
1/2 red onion (sliced)
2 cloves garlic

For The Turkey
1 tsp salt
black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)

Soak the turkey wings in a water /vinegar bath for 5 minutes at room temperature. Rinse the wings and pat dry with a paper towel and set aside, season with salt and black pepper. Place turkey pieces in a casserole dish.   Mix all the seasoning together for the dressing. Pour the dressing mixture over the turkey and rub into each piece, making sure each piece is coated. Add the vegetables. Cover casserole dish and bake for 2 hours. Remove cover from casserole dish and base the turkey with the juices that remain. Return to oven and broil for 10 more minutes or until desired color is reached.
