Keto Mozzarella Meatballs

In one of my recent videos, I did a  Sam’s club food haul. One of my purchases was mozzarella meatballs. I was so excited to try these to only be disappointed with the taste. This prompted me to create my own recipe. These mozzarella meatballs are delicious. I hope you enjoy~

Mozzarella Meatballs

1 lbs ground beef

1 /2 medium onion

1 clove garlic

2 tablespoon fresh flat leaf parsley or fresh basil

1/2 cup Low carb Italian breadcrumbs

1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1/4 cup created Parmesan

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 large egg

1 teaspoon salt

Black pepper

Method:

Saute onions and garlic in oil until softened. Remove and allow to cool.

In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients and form into balls.

Bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

These can be served by themselves or in tomato sauce.

Sauce of choice- I use Rao’s Homemade Marinara Sauce
