2 cups almond flour
1 tablespoon oat fiber 500
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
8 tablespoons softened butter
1/2 cups pyure organic sweetener
1/4 cup golden monk fruit sweetener
1 whole large eggs
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cups chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350.
Mix the flour oat fiber, salt and baking soda together and then set aside.
Mix the butter and sweetener together. Add the eggs one at a time. Add the vanilla extract.
Now add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Line a tray with parchment paper, then scoop the mixture and place on the baking sheet.
350 degrees for 12-15 mins
