Keto Burger Buns

1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cups golden flax seed meal
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
3 tablespoons oat fiber
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
1/4 tsp of sugar free sweetener
2 tsp of yeast (quick rise baking yeast)
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 eggs
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
5 tablespoons melted butter

    Confused on how much yeast. just 2 tablespoons of regular baking yeast and that’s it?

    So sorry for the confusion. The 2 tsp of yeast is regular baking yeast.

    Yeast is listed twice, once as 2 Tbs nutritional yeast and the second as 2 tsp yeast.
    Is this in error, and if so, which amount is correct?
