Keto Breakfast Wraps

You will love these flax seed keto microwavable wraps. If you are looking to stay in ketosis and lower your carbohydrate intake, these wraps will keep you satisfied with a tremendously delicious taste.

2 heaping tablespoons of flax seed meal
1/4 tsp of curry powder
1/8 tsp of salt
dash of black pepper
1 large egg
2 tablespoons of water
1 tbsp of olive oil

Mix all ingredients together.  Pour into a microwave plate. Microwave for 2 minutes 40 seconds.
