Keto Breakfast Chaffle Recipe

 

For the Keto Chaffle

2 large eggs

1/4 cup to 1/2  cup mixed cheese

1/2 teaspoon oat fiber

Salt and pepper

 

Whisk all the ingredients together. Place 3 tablespoons of the egg liquid at a time for each chaffle. Cook for 4 minutes then remove from heat.
