Keto Bangers And Mash

 

5-6 Pork Sausage Links
1 Large Onion
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 Teaspoon dried thyme
1 Teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon black Pepper
1/4 cups red wine
2 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons butter (not shown in video)

Chopped parsley for garnish

Grill the sausages for 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside. Add one tablespoon of oil to the saucepan; scraping up any of the drippings from the sausages. Add the onions and allow to caramelize for about 8-10 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute more. Season with thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add the red wine and allow to reduce. Add the broth and butter. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve with cauliflower mash.
