6 Bacon slices, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 Cup green peas
1/4 Green bell pepper cut into thin slices
1/4 Red bell pepper cut into thin slices
1/2 Teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 cloves minced garlic
4 Cups of Cauliflower Rice
2 stalks of green onions (cut into thin slices)
1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
Salt and Pepper to taste.
