I created this recipe because I wanted a chocolate bar that was sugar free without the extra fillers. When a subscriber asked me for a recipe for chocolate made from Barkers unsweetened cocoa bars I was happy to share this one. These are very low in carbs and delicious. I hope you enjoy
You will need these Silicone Chocolate Mold
2 oz Baker’s Unsweetened Baking Chocolate Bar
2 oz Raw Cocoa Butter Wafers ( I use this one)
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 cup Swerve Sweetener, Confectioners ( I use this one)
10 drops of TJ’s Liquid stevia
1 tsp of essence
Combine the sweetened barkers chocolate, cocoa butter wafers and coconut oil. Place in the microwave for 60 seconds then stir and melt 10-20 seconds until fully melted.
Remove the liquid chocolate from the microwave and mix in the swerve confectioners , stevia and vanilla extract. Stir until mixture is smooth. Blend the chocolate mixture in the magic bullet then pour into a chocolate mold. Freeze the mixture for up to 30 minutes. Remove from the chocolate molds and keep refrigerated.
