Hi Jay!
I want to thank you for your inspirational and upbeat disposition.
I too am living a “low carb” lifestyle since January 2011. I have lost 22 pounds since Jan 3rd, without excercise. I am in a stall because I need to excercise to get over this plateau.
I am considering Golds gym, and will keep you posted.
Thanks for the wonderful recipes too! You are such a giving person in sharing your recipes and time with us. I realize how much discipline this takes, and I appreciate it.
God bless you in your personal journey.
Great Job!!!!!
You will find, that the Low Carb diet will do wonders for you, especially if you have a lot of health issues. I know that it has for me.
Here are just a few, Diabetics, High Blood Pressure, High Cholestrol, joint problems, etc.
Keep up the good work Jay, looking forward to your next Podcast.
Viv
