Today I am sharing my recipe for keto salmon patties. They are icious and can be paired with a side salad for a very satisfying keto low carb meal. Enjoy~
6 oz can of Salmon
1/2 cup bread crumbs (low carb bread) can use almond flour
1/2 cup minced onion
2 tablespoons green and red bell peppers (minced)
2 tablespoons full fat sour cream
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon 21 seasoning solute
1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1 large egg
2 tablespoons oil for frying
Method:
In a medium saucepan saute the onions and peppers for 4 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and portion into 4 equal parts. Form each portion into a bowl and then flatten to form into patties as demonstrated in the video.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a heated saucepan. Fry the patties for 2 minutes on each side. Remove and serve hot.
