1/2 Cup Flax Seed Meal
2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast ( I use this one)
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Xanthan Gum (I use this One)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
5 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar (I use this one)
5 Tablespoons Melted Unsalted Butter
Bake at Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.

Good looking recipe! Going to try it and add a half
to a whole packet of instant yeast, just for flavor.

Hi Charlotte, I am not sure since I have only used xanthan gum. The xanthan gum holds everything together with the absence of gluten in this bread recipe, so it is needed. If you do happen to try it without please let me know how it turns out.
What can use in place of xanthan gum Don’t have that or can just skip it?
