This chipotle stuffed chicken breast is so delicious and full of flavor. I created this recipe because of my love for anything and everything with a chipotle flavor. You can’t go wrong with this one. Enjoy~
2 large chicken breast pieces
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 large onion
1 tsp better than b0uillon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (save 1/4 cups for topping)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chipotle in adobo sauce
1 tablespoons no sugar added ketchup
