4 tablespoon butter
1/2 cups crushed pecans
1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup golden monk fruit sweetener
1/2 cups peanut butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Topping
1/2 cups no sugar added dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoon peanut butter
(microwave 30 seconds and combine)
Swirl topping
1 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tsp coconut oil
Melt the butter over medium low heat. Add the pecan meal, almond flour and sweetener. Stir until well combined and slightly brown and toasted (about 3 mins). Remove from heat, and mix in 1/2 cup of peanut butter with the vanilla extract. Press the peanut mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate with 2 tablespoons of the peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut mixture.
Mix the ingredients for the swirl together. Using a toothpick, swirl this mixture over the chocolate mixture. Refrigerate for up to 2 hours to harden or freeze for 20 mins. Cut into 12 pieces. Keep refrigerated.

These 76 year old eyes are not the best and I’m probably just missing the place to get the instructions. This No-Bake Chocolate Bar recipe looks awesome. I tried to copy the instructions from the video but I couldn’t find what size dish to make it in. Help. Your site has the best down to earth lowcarb recipes I have found.I am 5’4″ and weigh almost 200 lb. and my Dr. suggested I go on a lowcarb diet. I need recipes like yours.
