Here are my stats for the end of The New Atkins 2 week induction. I am considering doing induction again for another two weeks, by the end of this weekend I will decide. Thanks to all for the encouragement.

I started doing The New Atkins Induction. And I decided weigh myself and get that over with. I feel so excited because I just know that I can do this!
